Your account

A guest account is created automatically on your device. You can link it to your email address, with a code sent by email, or to your Google or Apple account, to find it on another device. There is no password.

Without a link, a guest account can be lost along with the device.

Coins

Coins are used to unlock episodes in the app. They have no cash value and can't be converted to money. Some free coins have an expiry date, shown in your wallet.

Purchases and VIP

The price and renewal terms are shown before any purchase. A subscription taken on the App Store or Google Play renews and is cancelled from your Apple or Google account. A plan paid by Mobile Money or card lasts the time shown and doesn't renew on its own.

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's and Google's rules. For a Mobile Money or card payment, write to contact@shortmake.com.

Auto unlock

When turned on in Settings, auto unlock spends your coins to open the next episode. You can turn it off at any time.

Comments

You are responsible for what you write. Insulting, hateful or illegal content is forbidden. You can report a comment and block someone from the app. An account that breaks these rules may be suspended.

Content

The series, images and texts in the app are protected. You may watch them in the app, including offline when download is offered, but not copy or distribute them elsewhere.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your balance, VIP and list are then lost.

These terms may change along with the app. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
